National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
CQ Psych Services accepts NDIS clients for capacity building and assessments. We accept self managed and plan managed clients. Please contact the clinic on (07) 4972 6929 or email admin@cqpsychservices.com.au for more information regarding our NDIS referral process.
What is Self Managed?
Self managed NDIS clients are able to use their funding to receive services from CQ Psych Services. NDIS provides you with funding to access supports that will best help you achieve your specific goals. Clients are required to pay in clinic at the time a service is provided.
What is Plan Managed?
Plan Managed NDIS clients can use their funding through a plan managed fund. Your support coordinator or plan manager manages your funds, may assist booking your appointments and organising payment of sessions.
Your NDIS management choices determines which providers you can access and how billing is managed.
If you wish to seek services using your NDIS plan complete the online form and provide it to us alongwith a copy of your current NDIS Plan.
