This provides me with the solid scientific underpinnings to do this work. But it is the art of therapy that really interests me. What is most important to me is who I am in the room – I want clients to feel that I am a real human who cares and who is willing to travel through the dark parts alongside them. This is at the heart of all of my therapy sessions.”
