  • Loss and bereavement
  • Career planning

The first few sessions are about your clinician getting to know you and/or your child so we can work together to develop the focuses of therapy. This may include completing formal psychometric assessments to help inform and guide therapeutic planing. If we recommend you complete any formal assessment(s), we will discuss the purpose, design and cost with you and give you the opportunity to ask questions before any assessment is conducted.

A number of factors influence how many sessions someone may attend. Session scheduling is generally weekly or fortnightly. Sessions run for 50 minutes.

Consultations are completely confidential, within the parameters of the law. There are limited circumstances in which confidentiality can be overridden, and these will be explained to you in your first appointment. Otherwise, your attendance and consultations are private and will not be discussed with anyone without your consent.
